Account Manager

Role Description

An Account Manager will work full-time remotely. The Account Manager will manage relationships with existing clients, develop new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing sales forecasts, negotiating agreements, and acting as customers’ primary point of contact. The Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters –
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships –
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits –
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors –
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives –
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders –
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas –
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) –
Prepare reports on account status –
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory –
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed –

 

Qualifications

Software field background is a MUST
Experience in account management, customer relationship management, or a related field –
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills –
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions –
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining customer relationships –
Experience in managing large customers or accounts –
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM tools –
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field –
Fluency in English and Arabic is required Fluency in English and Arabic is required –
